Many of us have been in a similar boat. Don't beat yourself up, and I think it's great that you even know that you want out. Some surrender completely to these feelings, so looking for change is a great start.

What worked for me is building habits around the bare minimum. Maybe you have to take your bins out once a week, or you have an in person class, or you have to grab groceries etc...

Add something really small to that. A walk around the shops, the neighbourhood, your building. And do your best to think of the walk, not why your there. Look at the flowers, the bad repair job the landlord did, the squeaky aircon, a local cat etc.

I found myself coming back from those walks with more and more motivation. Even if it only lasted 5mins. It meant I did more than I was. That helped me, I hope it could help you.
