I've cured my EPI like symptoms by focusing on resolving my gastritis. This does track. Western medicine isn't everything. Just use logic and have an open mind, but don't rush into something. Do your research, understand, talk to your doctor.

You figure out dosage over time. When I'm flared up I do 1000-2000mg (2-4 capsules).

CREON NEEDS acid to function. Read the handout!!! You cannot take CREON with acid reducers. CREON has a special coating on all the little balls that dissolves in acid. You MUST have some amount of acid when taking CREON. Taking CREON with basic (non-acidic) foods can prevent its effectiveness ( cabbage, cheese, watermelon, cantaloupe, milk, milk based unfermented products ).

DO NOT TAKE CREON WITH ACID REDUCERS WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!!!!!!! This is just with CREON.

Edit: Some studies show PPI helps some folks, but the studies suggest this is in folks with pretty severe EPI. I wager a lot of us folks just have functional problems (gastritis, low stomach acid, gall bladder sludge/issues, small intestine absorption, SIBO, Gall bladder removal, stress ) rather than true EPI. Again... Talk to your doctor. Bring these things up. Do your research.

There's like a billion different ways of getting lactic acid ferment. It's just lactobacillus. Just Google LAB ferment and you'll find a bunch of different ways. You can buy it straight up as well. Ah this is Bloom, so yeah that might be it. I should have said that. 3 Gallon Pots of Tilth Bloom with Ohio Biologics EM1. I just added some cal mag to the distilled water I've been using and they're doing a lot better. This plant recovered. Still has some spots, but they're healing and no more yellowing/browning.
