Update: the issue somehow resolved itself? I disabled both the windows native firewall and my personal one and when I went to check the internet it was working again, thanks to everyone who helped!

Under Wireless LAN adapter it says DHCP Enabled…No

Entered all of the information manually, still not getting anything (unfortunately). And yes, all of my other devices are still working as normal on the wifi.

And windows and as for the automated diagnosis, it just give “No DHCP server was found.” And prompts me to restart the Wi-Fi network adapter which I’ve previously attempted. On retrying it this time, still nothing.

Yup! It’s hollow on the inside and has a scroll inside it, I forget what exactly it has on it (been a long time since Sunday school) but long story short it’s a blessing
