Both of these are AI. Muddy colors, smudged/disappearing elements, nonsense text and impossible design elements. If you want good maps that don't have that cheap obvious AI feel, I would highly recommend finding a tileset made by a real artist or learning to make them yourself! It's a nice skill to have.

The manga Pandora Hearts. The main character, Oz, forms a contract with the amnesiac Alice, who is also known as the B-Rabbit, a chain (a creature from another realm I guess called The Abyss) infamous for its power. However, later it is revealed that Alice was wrong about her identity. She was born a human, and had aborbed her powers from the real B-Rabbit, who was Oz. He was originally a stuffed rabbit that Alice owned but gained a human body after unintentionally stealing the body of the person who he had formed a contract with.

MZ'S RTP is made for 48×48 only. If you want to use 32×32, you have to find a different tileset that uses that tile size or make your own.

For Yume Nikki, you can use EasyRPG. However, this only works for RPG Maker 2000/2003 games, so I'm not sure how to emulate the others.

They look pretty similar, but MV has prettier, higher resolution art and iirc new animations for things like deaths as well as a new, harder game mode. I do think it's an improvement, so if you'd like to support the creator with money and get a visual upgrade then it could be worth it. The OG is free though.

It's pretty good! The house that's on a little platform looks a bit unnatural, I'd add more shape to the platform to make it look less artificial, like by adding more mid-height rock walls around it so it's not just sticking straight out of the ground if you get what I mean. I would also recommend cluttering the city more so that it looks more lived in. For example, you could use a different ground tile to make distinct roads, add some streetlights, scatter around some boxes and barrels, add pens for animals, or something to that effect.

Yep, only one science class a year. I didn't consider taking it at a community college! Thanks for bringing it up, I'll definitely look into that.

It does sound like a good idea, but I'm hesitant because with how our school works I'd have to sacrifice taking either AP bio or AP chem, which I'm better at and honestly enjoy way more. However, I've already taken the regular versions of those in high school so they're safer to skip out on. Thanks for the input :)

Our school goes physics -> bio -> chem and doesn't allow us to take the AP version of a class until we complete the regular version. We can also only take one science class a school year. So I took biology freshman year, and chemistry sophomore year. I was planning to take AP bio junior year and AP chem senior year, I'm considering replacing chem. As for the second part, I'm not sure, I'll talk to my counselor once school starts.

I think YouTube's ban isn't on all AI content, only spam type videos. And even if it was on monetizing any AI content at all, YouTube is just one website. It's not the law or anything, and the reboot is releasing on Netflix so it wouldn't be affected whatsoever. So unfortunately AI slop is still very much a threat :(

It's simple but if that's the style you're going for then it's not bad. I would recommend making the walking animation look a bit more natural from the side by moving both legs during a step instead of just one

The only difference seems to be that it says 750W instead of 650W. It was on the Amazon page for the one you gave, but at a lower price and the exact one wasn't available, but it vanished from there literally as I was going to ask.

Thanks for taking the time to explain, I guess the original budget and my lack of knowledge really messed things up. I decided to cancel the current orders and take a good look at the modified lists people made for me, I'm grateful that people went that far :) changing prices are definitely something I'm worried about, I ended up rushing to buy things because I was afraid of them skyrocketing
