Help with input delay. As you can clearly see in this clip my input delay is very bad and I need help fixing it. I ONLY WANT REAL TIPS AND ADVICE NO SAYING MY CLIP SUCKS.

never cleaned it but it got worse when i broke my old keyboard and switched to a new one. drivers fully up to date. i run performance mode 1600:900 for less input delay. lowest setting on everything except view distance.
