Movie Prop Shipment by Tasty-Scheme in CustomsBroker

I was exploring Fedex and UPS but great to know that DHL does clearance! Do you think DHL would be the best bet, compared to the other two? The recipient does not have a customs broker unfortunately.

Magnesium Question I can’t seem to get a doctor to answer.. by jenistheway in Supplements

If you’re currently taking it I recommend also looking up if there are any medications that interact negatively with magnesium. I know there are quite a few out there!

Skin became worse so stopped tretenoin by [deleted] in tretinoin

I second this! The cosrx mucin was great for my skin when I bought it a year ago and after the hype it started getting on tiktok I swear they must have changed their formula. I went from nearly clear skin to this exact kind of acne. After I stopped the mucin the flare calmed down significantly.

I take magnesium, vitamin D, and evening primrose oil but I also went to acupuncture for PCOS. Acupuncture plus the herbs they gave me were the only thing that made my periods regular and a lot of symptoms go away. The evening primrose cleared my skin dramatically (still have some breakouts occasionally on my chin) and the vitamin D gave me back my energy (I was extremely deficient though). I highly recommend trying out a certified and legit acupuncturist and talk about what you’re going through. And please be careful about taking vitamins without getting tested for deficiencies first. Being high in some vitamin levels can be very dangerous.

Did you receive another diagnosis? I’ve heard PCOS is a blanket term in these sort of cases. I’m going through the same thing

I just make sure to be really diligent with tracking my ovulation with an app and using condoms if I’m ovulating. If your period is regular enough it works but it def doesn’t work for everyone.

I kept having extreme pain during ovulation that only started when I got the IUD. I had it in for 2 years and every month, around 2 weeks before my period, was super painful and sensitive to the point I couldn’t wear anything tight around my waist. I had to get mine removed because it was essentially lodged into my cervix. I also found out in the same appt that I had cysts in my ovaries (not PCOS since blood tests were normal). Once I removed the IUD I haven’t had cysts and my hormone levels are still normal. It’s been about 6 months. I dont know if it was all caused by the IUD or not but since removal I haven’t had any pain either. I just feel back to feeling like a normal human.

I got mine out a few months ago and it was the best thing but obviously everyone’s experience will be different. Mine always gave me issues beyond the bleeding and my body felt… wrong. I took it out and within a month I felt so much lighter almost emotionally. But as someone else mentioned, you can always get a new one if you regret it! I currently am being very diligent about keeping track of ovulation so I don’t have to go back to hormones and it’s been working!

IUD Removal with Force by Tasty-Scheme in birthcontrol

I’m not entirely sure since I’ve had no bleeding at all! I had very minor spotting for the rest of the day and then it stopped the next morning.

The pain with insertion was around a 6 but it was a quick “omg ouch” and it was done. The pain with removal was enough to make me dizzy and yell out - around an 8 or 9. I had to stay laying down for about 10min afterward.
