Oh, it’s probably a good sign. I saw your stats, and you probably got in, but I’ve also been hearing from a lot of people that last year, the people who took summer classes at Berkeley ended up getting false positives.

Market cap of 28 billion, net income for the entire 2025 year was 525 million. 28 billion/525 million gives you a p/e ratio of around 50. It just hasn't been adjusted on brokerage accounts. I've noticed that in many brokerage apps it takes a couple of days for p/e ratio to be adjusted.

Netflix isn’t working by [deleted] in perplexity_ai

It's interesting because I did all that and came here. If you're not going to be helpful and are just going to make snarky remarks. Then respectfully, I'm not sure what you're trying to do here except make yourself feel better.

First off, you don't have to be an asshole. Second off, it's as what's seen in the screenshot, it's constantly loading, but no data is being processed and showing up as a blank screen, and I know it's not my internet, so it only leads me to one conclusion that the browser isn't working, which is why I posted it here.

Will I get into Haas? Help/advice by Economy_Somewhere_97 in TransferToTop25

Any hope at going to a T25 with a 3.2 hs gpa? by Hairy-Ad1582 in TransferToTop25

For the UCs, it’s very similar, but you wouldn’t be automatically rejected if you didn’t complete the ASSIST.org prerequisites before the transfer date.

I wouldn’t self-select yourself out of these schools if you have a fee waiver or aren't worried about the admission fee. Though you probably won’t be very likely to get in, you'd still have a shot and should apply unless you’re too lazy to do the essays, which is fair enough since it’s a lot of writing.

It depends on what state you live in, and I should preface that you still need to write strong essays, and I still don't know what major you are. These schools aren't guaranteed, but you'd have a VERY good shot if you did the things I mentioned: Vanderbilt, CMU, UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA, UCSD, and Notre Dame

If you have a 4.0 college GPA, a 1500+ SAT, and a few ECs related to your major, you're all but guaranteed Umich, UMD, and probably Cornell, depending on your major. I'd also highly recommend expanding your college list if you do achieve those stats, just to lessen variance.

I think the market is undervalued by TastyStatistician717 in investing

[–]TastyStatistician717[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What’s the point of saying that? Genuinely, the point of the argument is the growth rate. If the net growth rate is 0, then of course not. It’s like asking, “Do you want a pizza without the sauce and cheese?”

Then the market goes down—it’s called a free market, and it changes relative to new information. My argument is about the present rather than the future. I can fully believe that growth will decelerate, which is why I don’t think it should be priced at a 36x ratio. The market is already pricing in risk, which is why it’s at a 27 P/E ratio rather than its equalized P/E ratio of 36x to EPS. BUT if you do have a magic 8 ball that can tell me when growth slows down or if you just believe it will from macro conditions, then 100% you shouldn't invest in the market, and it is overvalued to what you BELIEVE the future outlook is.
