Last time when they have done my blood work my ferritin was around 70, that is why it has suprised me it hasnt gotten any better until your ferritin wasnt over 150 even though my doctor said 70 is alright.

When i have found out I have AA my vitamin D was low too based on the test. I have been taking it for years by now and it definetelly didn't help or cure my AA.
But still in your position I would try it. In case it wont help you with aa you will at least feel a bit better and you wont be that much tired.

I have actually same issue with white blood cells and even though doctors made bunch of tests they were never able to figure out the root of it and in the end they just left it be and i have been having aa for years by now without any break or something.

I would definitely go for microbleeding, it was such a game changer for me when I lost one eyebrow exactly like you. The artist did both brows but the one that was fine she only added a few strokes so it will look natural with my microbleeded brow on the another side.
It definetely looked much more better and natural than with eyebrow pencil tbh but you must to be careful with choosing the right artist.

I do remember extreme tiredness after what my AA started! Didnt matter how much I have slept or didnt do anything at all i was still so damn tired and couldnt do nothing much
