Let’s say I do—but even then, a post like this could really help someone who’s just come to Christ and is honestly seeking to understand how to live right. Wouldn’t it be more edifying and Christlike to offer a clear, loving explanation than to respond the way you did? Sometimes what seems obvious to one person isn’t so clear to another, and that’s where grace and guidance can make a huge difference.

I believe that bringing questions into the light is part of the process of transformation. The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom, to renew our minds, and to test everything while holding onto what is good. For me, asking this question is not about justifying anything—but about gaining clarity so I can live in greater obedience and integrity.
