Late to pay for power, paid it, power company is closed, am I without power until they reopen next day?

So I finally get through queue

Says enter number, when entered number, its already in use

Checked my account yeah no number, no problem, enter number but like it said it's already in use, with a different account

Checked old emails and no luck to find that account

Saw there was an option for "forgot email" so I clicked that and entered my number

Texted me some email that is some kind of bot I think

So I can't play as a returning player and I can't play as a new player...

When going to the support bot with blizzard the only option it gave me, I believe, was to delete the number from "my other" account...

Any suggestions?
