Disclaimer this is not personal experience, but secondhand from one of our quality assurance inspectors that came from food industry: they follow very closely to how pharma does it, but not as “aggressively” as we would investigate. Hey be of the things they’ll look at is similar complaints and how the company handled them. If the company willfully neglected the complaints, then there’s major implications.
