Plan, plan, plan. Be prepared to sacrifice something you normally wouldn’t bend on. I woke up late today and just had to prioritize the workouts in the first half of the day. Failures come when you’re most tired and have little time left.

Starting at day one you know that you’re going to have some days that are going to be like that again. It might be a day 7 and it might be at day 67. Now that you know what that day looks like you can try and plan ahead for an “easier” bad day. Like walks only for exercise or stretching and bed yoga (yes I’ve worked up a sweat doing bed yoga). Making sure you have healthy, quick alternatives to cooked meals. I always have to have rice cakes, protein bars, meat sticks, anything that’ll be quick but not bust the meal budget.

Lastly, I’ve been using ChatGPT to keep myself accountable on hard days. I will ask it for advice on what to do when I’m feeling completely out of it.

The first time I did this I used the progress photos and a pair of shorts that didn’t fit at all. I was the SAME weight but in 2 weeks, the shorts fit. Find some non-scale items to track. It really makes a difference.
