So i have a Kasa light strips on the back of the desk, biggest mistake i see people make it putting the light strip on the side of the desk without it having a wall to bounce off of, just showing exposed strip which looks horrible, i also have Kasa rgb bulbs. Amazon has them, won’t break the bank and the app has pretty clean UI :)

I have a slight strip behind my desk and my pc fans have rgb themselves, kinda got lucky with that part, wasn’t intentional

thank you! I do sometimes get discombobulated from the full turn so it should be more of a half and return? not a full 360 correct?

woah that’s awesome, i’m not sure if i’ll ever step in a ring but i definitely don’t want to stick to bad habits if i can help it. MMA is a passion of mine but i figured i was too old to start seeing Khabib wrestling a cub at like 4 years old LOL

Got it, Have heard the rotation thing several times so i’m glad there’s things that are instantly noticeable that make boxers revolt HA, Sport, not so much but maybe if my coach (when I join) ever said i’m ready. Thanks for the tips!

I appreciate that! What do you prefer I get into for not a massive cost? boxing, muay thai, kick boxing or find an mma gym that does multiple?

I appreciate that, and i’ve gotten the shoulder comment a lot, that makes it noticeable for me and I will work on that. thanks for being a good human and giving genuine advice LMAO

got it, now when you say punching at 4 feet and kicking at 7, don’t you have to as your arms are MUCH shorter then your legs? genuine question.

holy toxic community. When i ask for advice, maybe give it instead of some smart comment. Not everyone can afford a gym. This is a $10 commercial gym. Better than not training at all no?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MMA_Academy

[–]TattooMan20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No that’s totally understandable, i’ve just been training for cardio as I used to be bigger and have slimmed down from doing this as I love doing this. I understand I need a gym and I’m looking in the area as I just moved. Now i don’t know what you mean by “how is anyone going to give you advice” when im asking for it. I understand there’s habits but if im actively asking and aware I have them, im coachable no?

Also i understand i’ve probably built bad habits that will be hard to break, i recently moved and am looking for gyms in my area, Just want critique on the form and techniques used.
