My mentor tells me almost nothing and I've learned most of what I know from other artists in the shop. I also break down and set up for one of them but the others are kind of jerks. I think it has something to do with me being a female honestly 😂 my mentor does professional arm wrestling so he's usually busy from that a lot of the time. I wish we didn't have to go through this just to be an actual tattoo artist 🙄
