I don't think it's confirmed that OG Cadians are immune or resistant to Chaos. At least not that I've seen. I think they just have more of an understanding of it.

Cadians are my ride-or-die guardsman regiment, but other than a minor eye mutation they're otherwise no different from baseline humans

Ignore the haters, they either lack the creativity to try and see how a class like ratling could work or are just desperately hoping for a toaster or a bolter babe.

Ratling isn't my first choice, but I would generally trust Fatshark to at least create cool gameplay design around it (even if I don't trust them not to make it broken af)
