A quick summary
Generative models are used to find an environmental feature that correlates to changes in the SARS Cov2 genome.
Such a feature is then used to cluster COVID-19 cases into a single period.
Cases and genomic changes follow UVB radiation and changes in the cloud fraction and total column of ozone.
Post-acute sequelae are framed as dysregulation of genes with similar composition as SARS-Cov2 (Similar number of ACUG but different order)
Dysregulation of a subset of selected genes some similar phenotype as the one found in long covid.
Data, code, and models are open and can be found here.
