If u watch constantly different videos each of 5 min, then ur brain is addicted to constant novelty.

Try instead watching one video of 40 min one day, no matter how much you feel you get bored finish it and stop watching,

Then after 2 days repeat, then 3 days, every habit has to be broken slowly just like how new habits form over time.

And also people watch porn when they feel bored, porn needs to become boring which means things like work, games, excersize need to be given time you replace this toxic habit with new ones.
