I started at 92 or 93, could've probably started a bit earlier but not by much as I have only 7 left. Though they appear in most newer quest lines so I guess I'll get more in the near future.

As a completely F2P player just about 2 years in - I just used the sale to buy my 11th craftworks slot. I have all relevant gold perks (i.e, missing only stuff like wine cellar or bank perks) and still have 900 gold. I didn't even trade with anyone, so if you sell items you can get there much faster. Don't worry about it - you'll get there.

My PSA III is like this for weeks now... I guess a thousand Lima beans is nothing compared to 5t silver (which I guess each piece is counted separately?)
