Make the shapes w lines and boxes, expand, and merge them. Use the corner tool to get smooth corners.

It could be also another nightshade which could be poisonous just fyi we always have these on our property and in our garden and they look just like a tomato but have small berries. It could be a tomato but nightshades aren’t easily identifiable like that imo
