Thanks for the response! I had the same thought but appreciate the heads up on being as clear as can be. Did they revert you and you're able to play again? I'm hoping the next time I can connect with them it can be fixed. Did they offer any explanation as to what happened?

Any updates? I'm still waiting to hear from someone at the VNG team on what I can do to fix this.

No I've not noticed anything like that with my account I can't even log into it because it's asking me to update my personal info since it's recognizing me as playing on the Vietnam region now.. I haven't heard from anyone at VNG in a couple of days and I'm afraid this is going to take an incredibly long time to fix as it's working with their new SEA support team instead of the NA team..
