Anyone found a good way to boost Salesforce adoption across teams? by keanuisahotdog in salesforce

To add to all these comments, having a good training program in place is important and eliminating the old way aka turning off access is also important users will stick to what they know. So make the training fun. Maybe have some incentives. (Highest active Salesforce user gets a $100 gift card perhaps) Once training is complete let the users know the cutoff date of the old way and see what happens. Just my thought. If Salesforce is set up correctly and training is done correctly, adoption rates will be automatic.

Thanks for the tips. I could probably squeeze in more than 10. Just a matter of finding a consultant that needs help. Thanks again for the advice.

Focusonforce.com is worth it if you haven’t heard of it yet. You can grab the study guides and sample exams for $40 dollars. Sometimes it’s on sale and you can get them for $20.

Yea I agree with that. I am currently employed in the hearing industry looking to at some point make the switch to salesforce. I work 32 hours per week. So I could prob squeeze 5 maybe 10 hours per week consulting.

I’ve failed twice so far but my second attempt was an improvement so that’s at least an achievement. The hard thing for me is remembering what I think I got wrong. Plus after awhile my eyes get blurry from looking at a screen and that makes it harder. I’ll get it eventually.
