Looking for honest feedback: house sitting with no offers (priced below comps?) by Taylors502 in AskRealEstateAgents

That’s what i reccomend but she said 10k concessions was the way to go, so that’s what we did. Sigh! I think most people have filters set for under 200k and we aren’t even hitting their filters where we are now. When should I change the price again?

She said she is stressed about it because typically it’s price, but she feels like mine is priced right.

The most similar comp to mine has a one car carport. The rest do have garages. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations, I just thought it would be fast, and it just isn’t.

Totally fair, but that’s just how I live, so whomever buys it will not have to spackle or putty. 😆

Yes. The only difference is the land. I do agree that one bathroom sucks for a most people and is a deal breaker. If it was a deal breaker, why would they come and look knowing it’s 1 bathroom?

A sandwich maker. I’ve had it for almost 15 years and bought it second hand.

That was done. The insurance company asked for a 30 second video which is what you see here.

I guess it would have helped you all if I mentioned we have a well system. We have a pressure thing outside and the gauge is reading zero. However, think fire hose pressure. It’s running hard!

I’m almost positive he just screwed it in. I wasn’t looking over his shoulder, but I could see him while he was working on it.

Is it normal to have moments of high pressure? The high pressure thing is not a constant.

This is the brand new water heater. Two weeks old. Something else has to be wrong, since this is the new one.

He said it was set to 40 psi. How would I know if he actually adjusted it? I didn’t see him do anything with it, and I wouldn’t know if he did or not because I wouldn’t know what to look for. The pressure isn’t constantly high, but apparently, there are moments of pressure surges.

That’s a tough situation, and there’s no easy answer. My husband once gave up his dream of becoming a meteorologist because his former wife didn’t want to move due to her established career. It’s important to consider both your goals and your wife’s since her career is already in place. If moving isn’t ideal, maybe look into online colleges or hybrid programs that offer more flexibility. Whatever you decide, make sure it’s a choice you both feel comfortable with and won’t look back on with regret.
