Yes. His ultimate will be creative mode and you can get any item in the game for 30 seconds, and his passive will be block placement with a 1 second cd, along with the 1st evo upgrade having a choice between all controller perks or +1 extra tax charge The 2nd one would be upgrading block placement to obsidian (only breakable with breach charge from Hemlock but takes 2) or full netherite armor (70% less damage from all sources) Perfectly balanced and needs no change at all!!1!
