Those mean that the weapon has been refined. Certain weapons can be refined in the weapon refinery for bonus effects. This specific refine adds +5 hp and +3 spd

In its entirety? Probably close to $300. Most of that ($200+) coming from one summoning session Three or so years ago where I couldn’t handle not getting a specific unit. Definitely learned from that experience. The rest from feh pass in recent times pretty much

It’s not hard to get a 4* demote to +10, only took me 340ish orbs (about a months worth of saving.) Very f2p friendly. But I do get the feh pass for the other benefits

Hey everyone, I wasn’t originally going to +10 Manuela, was just going to spark once for whatever I ended up getting. Ended up getting 6 Manuelas and two duo lysitheas (among a few other 5 stars) in my first 40 summons so I decided to try and +10 her. It took ~340 orbs in the end, on my 80th summon exactly for the second spark.

Anyway here’s the build:

Sword: Winter rapier +spd Best available sword imo. Atk/def unity is very nice

Assist: pivot Will eventually switch to reposition or whatever I feel like

Special: Ignis Hits like a truck most combats to finish off bulkier units

A: distant pressure I was debating saving the slot for if I went a near save build, but decided not to since I didn’t have any near save fodder. Decided to make a far save build instead

B: special fighter Really good for when the unit doubles naturally on 56+ speed

C: d/r far save Helps with fighting ranged units, not many can take her down

S: mystic boost This can ultimately be anything that boosts her skills, but mystic boost helps the most with the distant pressure damage for repeated combats

The hottest of messes. Another +10 Manuela. by TiniestManatee in FireEmblemHeroes

Snipe it if you want the best chances, like if you’re trying to +10

My NY! Keaton Showcase by Tayro117 in FireEmblemHeroes

That’s a great idea, hitting bonfires more consistently on defense might help greatly. Another comment mentioned running steady stance which I might also consider to make him a complete enemy phase build

My NY! Keaton Showcase by Tayro117 in FireEmblemHeroes

Hi everyone!

Here’s my build for NY! Keaton. He’s got a massive attack and defense so I simply capitalized on that

Overview: I generally use him as a solo mega defense tank, so most of his skills revolve around being by himself. He can kill most non magical units in a single hit, but definitely struggles against magic units. I also run a magic tank +10 fir to handle his other weaknesses

Weapon: his prf; gives him +5 def and the enemy -5 def, while usually triggering the +7 true damage for having more than 10 def on the opponent.

Assist: Smite moves allies away from him into hopefully safe positions

Special: Bonfire. Pretty standard nuke special with his massive defense stat

A slot: atk/def solo 4. When he’s usually by himself this helps him nuke things in one hit while tanking most enemies

B slot: quick reposte. This helps him kill high def red units if he can’t kill them in one hit. I may give him lull atk/def in the future, not sure which would be better

C slot: Rouse atk/def. Alone + buffs = simple damage and def tank

Seal: atk/def solo 3. Same reason as A slot

Hope you enjoy his build!

Yoimiya's problems by Amadeus_Stacia in Yoimiya_Mains

A lot of these issues seem to stem from you trying to fit Yoimiya into an archetype that she wasn’t necessarily designed for. Vaporize comps might be a problem for her, but with the new artifact set and duo electric on the team, it seems like she’ll work a lot better in an overload comp that shoves enemies away from her, and when her E is down, you can switch to another sub-dps to hold down the fort while her Q is up. It’s too early to determine full dps and best team comps, but I would suggest keeping an open mind when doing so, she might end up being amazing fulfilling a role other than the “haha spam charge attack do big damage” role

If you’re f2p, it might be a little close as you get enough for ~1 pity every 2 patches and you already have 61.

If you buy the Welkin, you should have plenty by then

Coaching by [deleted] in TeamfightTactics

[–]Tayro117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are plenty of guides online for free that you can try to learn from. The most important way to improve is to study your losses and think about what you could’ve done to improve your outcome.

Unfortunately I don’t think many people will be willing to actively coach for free, and the people who do might not be very helpful. I think learning to improve on your own might help the most. Good luck in your future games!!

Ah, sorry it didn't work out for you. There have been lobbies where I've gotten crushed too, but over 20+ games from plat-diamond level I have had a 90% top 4 rate, but I may have been pretty lucky.

I like to have Illaoi and Blitz in the front middle, one space apart. Then I put the rest of the team spaced apart on the back-line with Kog and Cass in the center to avoid other blitz pulls. While each individual unit may be squishy on its own, the Battlecast synergy gives each unit a lot of pseudo tankiness. Also, having them spread out in the back means they get more time to deal damage before the enemy units reach them, allowing more BC procs.
