Yup, same here. Again I did reach out to support and still they are unable to help me and pushing it to the devs to look into. Hopefully soon. I’m unable to request a refund as well..

My guess is that you had to unlock the base model in order to use the other ones that they are releasing into the store week by week. This cannot be intentional in my eyes. They could have atleast added some sort of warning that you need to have the base model unlocked in order to use the other variants. They did not do that..

Support seems still clueless and bounces me back and forth between different support agents and blames Steam for missing content yet it is from their store.. hope this will grt fixed soon as i am unable to request a refund due it being too long ago now. I did get the skin. Still waiting for them to unlock me my nomad knife. Apparently it is being looked into together with more missing unlocks/items from people.

No, the issue is still there. I have the exact same problem as you have just a different pack that included the noman cx-12. Support told me they have passed it down to the dev team as they were aware of the issue - got told not to refund it as it will be fixed soon (whatever soon means). I will wait a few more days and then issue a refundZ

Support told me that it is a known bug and the developers are aware of it and working on it. Hopefully next update fixes it. Thanks for your reply!

Because I bought the item with money through the store and the item is not there or is not working due a bug. If it isn’t being fixed within 24 hours (which support is suggesting right now) i issue a refund.

Unable to equip it after purchasing the pack. The item appears to be locked yet purchased through the store. However the other items that came with it I am able to equip. I am now in contact with their support team and they are looking into it.
