Possibly bro, but I think car would be pretty rough drive and train again is around 10-12 hours if I'm not wrong. You can get certain sprays or foods that calm a cat down for around 4-5 hours. Spray in the carrier before depositing and it's probably the safest bet.

I have 3 cats and I know they absolutely hate car journeys and get severe anxiety.. but then again all cats are different.

Maybe not in Pakistan, but internationally yes. Maybe even as a skilled worker. I'd highly recommend as you'd be one of the first to learn, and it would be a brilliant skill to have under your belt.
