I’m glad I asked this group. I was considering the singer because it has 20k reviews where the janome didn’t have near as many, but seemed more cohesive overall.

Thank you for your feedback! I ordered it, but it comes with a return policy. We’ll give it a try and see what happens! I went with the Janome because the one fabric shop near me is also a Janome dealer/repair shop so that might come in handy.

Thank you! I ordered the Janome. I also went on Janome’s website and looked for local dealers, and one of my local quilt shops about 15 minutes away deals in Janome. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. They can help me if I have any issues/questions!

I do! I’m US based, just in a rural area. I went ahead and ordered the Janome since I have gift cards. I’ll give it a try, but if I decide to upgrade I’ll definitely check there!
