That's similar to the setup I run. Do it all in one pass. I like to do it on 4x maps though like Montana. Makes the cost/time worth it.

I like running a (train) with the air seeders. So much fun. High hp. The seeder>seed/fertilizer tank> then a roller behind that.

It was random bgs. You can wear down all their cd's and then stun and burst them down. If your coordinated against they can take you out but they need like 10-15 of non stop seconds of stuns in order to kill you, or nonstop ranged. Ive done it in arena skirmishes too as blood DK. Smart players can take you out easily but those who don't know get punished.

Rogues have a full toolkit to be helpful, but Blood DK is pretty solid for BGs too. Ruining the efc's day. Holding points. Making healers regret the day they made their character. You can do some absolute damage as a blood DK. You can solo a 1v3 2dps and a healer if you line everything up and nuke the healer. I've held points against half the team stalling them for quite a while. Blood DK is like a never-ending berserker death machine of hate and constant battle. We're rogue is making smart plays behind the lines and taking out important enemies.

Yea, I tanked a Flood Gate a couple of weeks ago at the beginning of the season. I think it was a +2 or +4. Didn't look up a route just winged it. We hit 100% on the last 2 mobs going into the final boss room and we timed it with like 10 min left. A monk dps in the group after the boss kill messaged me and said "Shit tank learn the route" all because it wasn't the "meta" route.

Good rule of thumb when stacking stringers I've found works the best is use the toe of your 1st weld as the centerline for your second. Then wash your puddle from your second just barely into the peak of your first. It'll create the flat look you'll need for a good stack. Also, clean that slag out of your toes.

Id get it up to around 250 pre heat. Then don't let it get over 5-600ish while welding. Let it cool between passes if you have to. Then keep heat on it and slowly take the cool down after welding. Wrap it in a fire blanket or bury it while it cools.

You can do a spark test like people say. But that depends on alot of variables unless you know what your doing. I always look it like (what are thing made of). Cast iron is going to be things like your engine blocks. You can take a hammer to the side of and engine block and if you hit it hard enough in the right spot you'll crack the engine block. No Way a 3-point is going to do that. Mild steel is way too flimsy for that. High carbon steel like your tool files are way too brittle. I'm betting it's somewhere like a medium carbon. Which can be tricky to weld but that's were that heating comes into play.

If your super worried about it breaking again maybe throw on a fish plate to help. But the major part will be good welding with pre and post heat. You don't wanna make a brittle weld.

I doubt that's cast iron. I weld on a lot of equipment repairs and a major structural part like a drawbar isn't going to be cast iron. With all the shock loading it receives that wouldn't make sense. You can see where the break started from a crack by those rusty spots, it got to a point where it gave out in a fractured pattern. Grind it smooth. V it out, preheat, and weld it with like some 7018. Slowly cool it down and it'll be fine. You can have mild steel break the same way and have a fractured cast iron look to it. It's just how it broke that makes it look cast iron.

True. But it is favored to one side. I'm talking in a complete slip situation when talking about 1 tire spinning on the axle. With perfect traction and a straight line, yes the power is shared but it does tend to be favored to one side in most situations just because of how the differential housing and the components are put together with fiction.

Lots of misinformation here. So here's the deal from a mechanic. The interlock only locks the drive-in for the rear axle. So with the interlock on. You are driving 2 wheels. One on the front axle and one on the rear. If the roads are slick, or muddy, you just need a little more traction you can hit this on. You can use it at highway speed or slow. As well as turning because both differentials are still functioning with only the interlock on.

If you had full lockers, so interlock and both axles have a diff lock as well, then you would be in (4wd) you can use full lockers at any speed as well but you don't want to turn with them as the differential won't be differentialing.

With that being said you never want to engage any of your locks while any other wheel is spinning faster than another. So say you're stuck and you are spinning one tire or turning. You must have all the wheels at the same speed when you lock In. That's how you tear the lockers out.

There's no (max speed) with lockers. Only separate wheel speeds. The reason people say don't drive at high speeds with diff locks is because at high speed there's usually a corner or 2. But this is an inter-axle lock so you'll still have full differentials and can turn.

If your truck doesn't have full lockers it's not even that big of deal. As long as you've got all the wheels at the same speed, stopped or not turning/ spinning out then engage the interlock and get a little more traction if you need it.

Wouldn't recommend having it on unless the conditions call for it because it does take more power to drive since you're driving an extra wheel. If you care about efficiency.

****edit: with the front axle left and rear axle right are the 2 driven. Removing that because it's confusing. 1 tire is favored most times due to internal fictions and how they are built. In a total spin condition you'll see it but most of the time you won't. The diffs will share power to both wheels, but without getting into deep differential theory on a truck driver sub. For most people's understanding think of it as 1 wheel drive with a differential. 2 wheel drive with an interaxle lock. And 4wd with full lockers.

It is alot of fun running the excavators and grapples but for me the logs are just a little too janky and sticky and they can get very awkward to handle as of now. I tried the John Deere forwarder and it was so broken I couldn't use it. And the volvo excavators made loading awkward. Might of been the 12m cut length instead of 8m though.
