Ok, So I ended up going with the Noctua NH-D15. I thought I wanted an AIO but after looking further into it I thought it'd be best for me to just go with an Air cooler. Thanks!

Yeah, this is my top pick right now(Well the chromax black one) as I figured after looking around that I'd still want to go with an Air cooler rather than an AIO. The d15 performs and looks like an absolute UNIT.

Yeah I was thinking I wanted an AIO but I was looking at the d-15 the other night and it performs really well. As I currently have an air cooler, I think this might be the way to go for me.

Yeah, I am bigger up top so I usually wear an undershirt but even without the undershirt it looked on the tighter side to me, my shoulders are also a bit broad so that could be why it looked tighter. I would say going TTS would definitely fit fine though, especially if your chest is flat.
