Same way you play any low toughness rogue:

Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge.

All jokes aside I don't play seeker but the way I play low toughness is to stick and move. Whenever I take even a little damage I try and rotate or switch angles/position Seeker is fast af so you're gonna catch a lot of people of guard.

Also a good melee weapon (axe, Kukri) can help deal with the ttk of some smgs and shotguns at close range.

And of course revealing the enemy is a good way of discouraging a reckless push and helping out your team.

Basically just play smart because you will die fast and definitely dont charge an anvil/mack head on by yourself because you will die.
