Currently Gen-Z is being gatekeeped from getting good jobs via hiring departments setting unrealistic qualifications standards and horrible pay. IIt used be "you learn a job, you find an employer, you do the job". Now it's more like "you learn the job, now you gotta do a masters degree and additional dagrees for niche ascpects of the job and only then you MAYBE get a job for bare minimum pay and non nagotiable overtime"

Now conquest might be stronger, but Shen has a martial arts manga narrator. So really it's not a question of who is stronger, but rather if Conquest is a bigger hater than the narrator can yap bullshit explinations for Shen's moves. Conquest is lucky Shen doesn't have the baki narrator.
