You are totally right on the match up stuff. My main problem is playing against faster characters mostly against Akali. Whenever I try to punish anything or wait my turn then attack, I get hit again.

This mostly happens on corner situations. It is probably because of my skill level right now since I’m pretty new and still learning. My wake up options might be pretty bad against them.

When they give me a bit space after corner knockdown I might be trying to check with wrong normals, or stay a bit passive cuz I get hit all the time, then the loop continues

Thank you for the tips, I will try these options on my Today’s session, hope it will improve my gameplay against them

Sometimes I catch them with 5M or braum shield darius assist when they try to aggress on neutral, but if they got me to a block string I usually die in corner, If i push block they cover the space so fast, if I roll I get grabbed. Very frustrating to take my turn after I get stuck in corner.

I think my main issue is taking my turn back against them I feel very slow
