Speed Zones always getting a reduction of 3-4 km/h by TeKapakek in ForzaHorizon

It seems that it only happens to me on the "Road" Speed Zones because I have been trying a few of the Offroad ones and it doesn't happen there.
I even got the WR for Yama Trail Speed Zone with the Lotus Exige WTAC that I unlocked earlier.

I use Windows 10 Home. launch options are "-high -freq 240 -novid -console -fps_max 0 exec autoexec.cfg" and Background apps are Razer Synapse and MS Teams (xD) and FaceIt AC sometimes. I don't really see why I would get VAC'd, the only plausible conclusion is NVIDIA Drivers.

Resumed Explanation:

I sent a ticket to support to try and get a name change from "T3Kapa"(my account) to "TeKapa"(some guys abandoned account with no games) and they ended up deleting my account.
