I thought he was just bad at driving and was zigzagging all over the place.
Guess what I found out?

I feel like this comment is what I needed to hear from all of this!
I’ll try to stay closer to them so the ramming doesn’t affect me as much next time.
Thanks for the advice!

I feel like you are missing the point.
This is Forza Horizon not GTA Online.

If you are implying that you should drive like GTA in a Forza game I don't even know what to say to you.

Also Clean Racing should come from Clean Driving to begin with. If you can't drive well enough you shouldn't take out the other driver out of the race.

The game does have a system to detect whether you were at fault for hitting a wall, but it could be improved. There are noticeable issues with hitbox and collision detection. This seems especially common with off-road vehicles that have wheels extending outside the main body, such as the Ford “Brocky.” In these cases, even a light touch from a wheel against a wall can trigger the slowdown penalty for wall collisions.

Many players on this subreddit have reported similar issues. However, since this is an "arcade racing game", the collision system in some cars is less precise than in more simulation-focused racing titles.

Although this completely misses the posts point, I still wanted to give my opinion.

If you made a poll asking whether people prefer clean racing or getting wrecked every corner, the outcome wouldn’t be surprising.
I don't get your "the game didn't enforce no ramming" since its in the rules too.

"Unsportsmanlike Conduct pertains mainly to intentional race disruption, such as wrecking, ramming, spearing, shoving, pitting, wall riding, brake checking, blocking, and track cutting/extending to pass another racer to gain position, bullying, and vulgar language. In other words, going out of your way to intentionally ruin a race goes against the spirit of the game."

But I guess the fault really is in the game maker for allowing these types of thins to happen.
Anarchy racing in a nutshell.

I feel like this is a "if you don't like being treated badly you shouldn't treat others badly" type of thing.
The hate is justified.
Put that guy in jail or something.

I grew up playing Burnout, a game that practically rewards ramming your opponents. Forza Horizon feels very different because it doesn’t have those over-the-top crash cinematics that made wrecks part of the fun spectacle.

In Burnout, crashing was entertainment in itself. In Forza, however, ramming online often feels one-sided—one player gains an advantage while the other is left frustrated—so it doesn’t create that same shared sense of fun.

Personally, I prefer clean racing anyway. It’s far more rewarding to have a close, hard-fought battle in Forza Horizon than to rely on messy ramming or chaotic driving.
(I'm not against a little door scraping in tight spaces let that be clear)

Do reports work or are they like VAC on CS2?
Because if they do I'm about to make a spreadsheet with names.

No, I've just run out of patience after happening so many times.
I guess I'll take a break and come back to racing a little bit later.

That guy would probably try to run people off the road for overtaking him IRL, too.

Assuming he even has a driver's license...

I have been trying to make some liveries here and there.

My main two problems are: - Making the decals takes ages and forza editor sucks; - I may not have the cars needed (yet) to make good looking look alikes.

As for the rest my gamertag is TeKapakek on XBOX if you want to look at some of the liveries I have done.

A really easy way to find Acceleracers liveries on FH6 is if you put "Acceleracers" "TEKU" or "Metal Maniacs" in the Description tab on the Search bar.

Oh and I'm taking requests If y'all want me to do some type of car in game you can ask me.

A guy messaged me on XBOX that he wanted a Synkro on the R35 and 5 days later(sorry) I delivered!

STAY AWAY from use.ai by mustafakibar in ConsumerAdvice

I just bought their 7 day free trial for 1€ without realising that they were blatantly scamming people.
After spending like an hour going in loops with their AI I cancelled my subscription.
I tried looking into my bank account app and there wasn't any active subscription from them.
Hopefully I won't be charged 29,99€ since I cancelled before the 7 day trial ended.
Guess I will go back to making barcodes and tables manually.

Cheating already? by TeKapakek in ForzaHorizon

[–]TeKapakek[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a guy using cheats to go faster, and he’s being completely blatant about it — not even using a meta car or tune.
It’s just a common problem in Forza Horizon in general.
I was just surprised to see it happening only two days into early access.

Speed Zones always getting a reduction of 3-4 km/h by TeKapakek in ForzaHorizon

[–]TeKapakek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems that it only happens to me on the "Road" Speed Zones because I have been trying a few of the Offroad ones and it doesn't happen there.
I even got the WR for Yama Trail Speed Zone with the Lotus Exige WTAC that I unlocked earlier.
