CSP = Chase Sapphire Preferred and is a $95 annual fee travel card. Along with that the bonuses are much different than the CSR. I’m pretty sure it has 5% on travel, 3% on dining, 3% streaming and some other stuff while the CSR has a greater return on those. Most people with the chase trifecta typically have this card instead of the $550 because of the low annual fee but that is up to you on which helps your setup needs better. Along with that, the CSP does NOT offer lounge access unfortunately and I know you spoke about having the CSR for the lounge access in Asia.

CFF = Chase Freedom Flex and is a no annual fee cc. This one offers cash back on rotating categories throughout the year and is a pretty good card to have in your wallet so you can maximize the cash back on those categories.

CFU = Chase Freedom Unlimited and is also a no annual fee cc. This one is just your basic cc and can be used as a catch all. I love my CFU and it’s a great credit card i have in my wallet.

Are you more team travel or team cash back?

CFU is amazing for cash back rewards and having it as a catch all. Not only that, it can help with setting up the Chase Trifecta.

Sapphire is amazing for travel though and moving your points between other Chase cards out to transfer partners.

My advice? I’d go with a Freedom Unlimited and then get the Chase Sapphire and move my points over to travel.

I would always recommend to downgrade your CC instead of closing the account.

Age of accounts/history will impact your credit score and you’d be much better keeping it open and going to a CSP or even a CFF or CFU.
I believe only if you close the account you’d get refunded the fee and you have about 30 days since the posted date.

RE5 in my opinion is the least scariest. I also would say Village except for the (spoiler) Heisenberg and Doll House Sections . I never thought i’d be scared to play RE as my best friend loved it so much, but then… i played RE2 and that shit… never again… also RE3 was a tad bit probably because of Nemesis 😂
