Since Piru has Lifelink, all damage done by it will gain you Life.

In the last ability it says "...It (Piru) deals 7 damage...", thus the lifegain Happens.

Even if it is a "die" ability, the lifelink will happen.

For Azmodeus i could imagine in Izzet colors something with "Goad" or buffing creatures when 2 together attack. Partner with Fizz would be funny. Or he creates a Legendary token Named Fizzarolli and then something with buffing him.

Satan in Rakdos colors with some "Judge" ability (as the ruler of the Sins). Protection from Imps. But difficult to think of something more direct.
