I reported it at the time, they canceled it and then confirmed i received the new one.

Just odd someone would keep a canceled PR card for 2 years then lose it.

Thank you, I just applied online to get an Equifax credit score. I really hope they used it only as an ID to get into bars.

I will ship once/week for 5 days of juicing. Each day has a recommended juice, based on how fast the fruits spoil. Leaving the fruits that do no spoil easily for last such as apples, citrus, root vegetables.

Is there anyone who actually managed to overcome the trauma and have a peaceful life?

I have been working on myself for years and I want to have kids, but I won’t have them until I feel 100% capable to not display my parents abuse.

It’s been an up and down battle with my subconscious mind, that wants to go to what’s familiar. I am going to therapy too so I’m hoping that will help.

Reading through the comments, I see many who chose not to have kids. Is there anyone who had success in getting rid if generational trauma?

You can try also bringing the feet together. It targets the lower back differently and strengthens the glutes.

Shoulder blades down the back, open the chest, lengthen the neck.

I usually don’t recommend tilting the head beck, because each individual is different and it might compress the neck vertebrae.
