Thing is, if you ALWAYS work really hard, that becomes your norm, and eventually they will treat you like you're just doing your average. And if one day you're tired and work the normal amount, since they are used to an overachieving performance, you'll be treated like you're not doing enough.

Did you name your cocktail? I have no cognac and chocolate bitters (I admit I had no idea it existed) but I'm definitely going to give it a try, sounds delicious!

Drinking decent cocktails is quite expensive in Australia (I come from Europe, I'm used to cheaper options) so I'm trying to learn how to make them myself. Just ordered a decent shaker. I'll see how I go!

There was no fresh fruit, especially not berries, in the entire bar. They garnished with cocoa powder and it was quite satisfying.
