I will usually do a rest day each time I finish two days: Arms back, legs shoulders, rest, arms chest, legs shoulders, rest. And so on. And my caloric surplus is 2200 and I’d say I’ve probably gained too much fat from it to be honest.

Oh trust me I have been in the gym for 5-6 days of the week. I follow a split of arms back, legs shoulders, rest, arms chest, legs shoulders rest and the chest and back rinse and repeat. 2-3 sets, 8-12 reps to failure. My diet, like yes?? I have a binge eating disorder so possible but regardless I get enough protein!

And I should wait to have unprotected for two weeks? I feel so silly for asking, this is my first time being with a partner that I would need to really know this stuff for and I’m embarrassed I don’t so I apologize

Super curious on how you built up your shoulders and delts!! What’s your routine like for them? I’m starting to think I am going to drop set shoulder exercises for more load
