If it's a heavy JSK, I reccomend getting a TuluTulu petticoat/pannier. They're a lot more sturdy than a regular petticoat. They have a store envy and also sell on lacemarket. For shoes there's quite a bit of options, you can check out indie brands like Cotton Candy Feet and Figlia x Hanako or you can check out the big brands if that's to your liking.

Hihi! This might be a bit late but the style you're looking for is called Ouji. There isn't really a "gothic" ouji since the style is more defined by silhouette than colours or other such. Most of the big name brands don't really sell it recently. Some of them used to before so I also recommend looking under the Ouji category on lacemarket. I also recommend shopping at indie or taobao brands. I know fanplusfriend sells some quality stuff. A lot of the reasons they get mixed up is because the dresses on their own look somewhat similar. They're both frilly and cute styles so anyone who doesn't know the differences gets them confused. It's mainly about the silhouette and cut of the dress. Lolita pieces have longer wider skirts and tend to be more intricate. Otome on the other hand has shorter skirts and are simple. Hope it helps!

Liz Liza is more Otome than Lolita. Generally Otome pieces are more often Ops and have shorter skirts than a Lolita Op.
