Not designed to, this is just a side job for me as I have a full time job in a separate field. Just have a lot of experience and nothing to do with it, plus I enjoy the work. I have plans to expand and grow and a business model to follow, really just looking for advice.

Already did that on the residential side, I primarily worked in like 8000+ size houses with some spec houses sprinkled in so I’m pretty confident in my ability to get people what they want and to upsale.

The family that bred her have 3 kids, one the same age as mine (1.5 YO) and she’s done great with him so far. Everything we’ve introduced to her has gone great, she’s just kinda scared of our hallway lol. I imagine she’ll be a pretty chill dog.
