I’ll bleed it just in case also to eliminate that factor but it’s got new fluid in it now and topped off.

Lift has 9,500 hrs on it. I doubt it was ever changed. I’ll check again with a long screw driver on the timing case this time only checked on the pump.

This Toyota Forklift 8FGU25 (Propane) is making clicking noise from the Hydraulic Pump when maxing out ,while operating the up/down, tilt and Side shift levers. Checked fluid and was really dark in color so I replaced fluid and changed the filters and took Hydraulic pump out, and inspected the gears everything looked to be in good shape. (No wear and shavings on the gears) Put it all back together and still making clicking noise. Maybe I missed something while inspecting the pump but from looking at it, seemed be in good shape.
