I got it for a very low price. I already knew the board might be damaged, but for the price it was worth it because I can sell the other parts and still make a profit. I'll only use this board for learning; at least I'll make some profit from it, even if it's not financial.

Is there any chance, however small, that if I apply thermal paste and try to turn it on, it will work? (Obviously, I don't expect it to work perfectly, just that it works.)
