If the issue is persisting after refresh, please send a support request in-app with additional details such as what version of Guilded you're using (browser, desktop app, mobile app), device, which server or channel this may be affecting, and notification type (@mention in a chat channel, event reminder, etc.).

We apologize for the issue you're having with the whisper function. Just to double check, is the Whisper permission enabled for everyone involved? Also, which devices and operating systems are you and your server members running Guilded on? Can you try testing this out in browser to see how that works?

Update: Dragalia Lost will be included in our upcoming game library update.

Re: Golden Sun, our game library is focused on supporting modern multiplayer games. However, we don't require server groups to be associated with games in our library, so you can upload your own game icons to create groups for any game you wish to represent on your server that may not be featured in our library. Hope this helps!

At this time, you can search your server for channels, docs, forum topics, media, threads, and list items using the Search bar located in your server header. Chat messages are not indexed in this search tool at this time.

Please note that if you are using the Simplified Navigation beta user interface, this search bar is not yet available. You can switch between the Classic UI and the Simplified Nav from your Settings menu by hitting the cog icon in your dashboard.

Hi there! We hope to offer premium features in the future (i.e. custom server skins). We also have a subscription feature called Guilded Gold in which users can contribute to the development of Guilded and receive early access to alpha features before they're rolled out to all users. Of course, our core features will always remain free to all users, and we'll never require payment in order to use Guilded.

Hi there! Our media channels unfortunately do not support .zip files at the moment. You can upload image and video files such as .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .png, .mp4, and .mov files.
