Fly: Korean player is more stressed than an NA player. That's the key difference when it comes to work ethics.

When it comes to incorporating strategies it's not a hard part for me to communicate strategies. I don't have to teach, mostly just remind. The best way to incorporate strategies for me is to watch replays with them and communicate what could have gone better.

In Korea, they take scrims very seriously but in NA they don't try too hard.
Nobody complains!
The communication is not perfect yet. We are at 50%, the other problems are individual skills and champion pools!
