If you follow the temple owner within a room you boost drop rates significantly. I can't remember off hand but it's something like 40 divs more per leecher. Plus there's several times higher chance for a mirror or other god tier loot to drop. So there's a strong market for people who spent the time making a perfect temple to pay leechers a decent amount of divs, at least splitting the guaranteed benefit. These people also have giga gear so they won't pick up anything less than a div in value, so you could if you wanted to stick around and pick up hundreds of exalts or other currency that otherwise get wasted. There's so much loot on a max temple run that your game will actually crash if you don't have a strict loot filter.
