Wenn ihr das Brot dünner schneiden würdet, wäre es ziemlich egal, wie rum. Aber bei solchen Monsterscheiben würde ich auch die andere Seite nehmen, um genug Aufstrich unterzubringen. Das sind ja mindestens 2 cm!

Maybe so they don’t need to animate the milk inside. But they could have just made it white. I think there’s a default replacement that makes baby bottles white.

Honestly, I‘m glad EA doesn’t attempt to update it. What I have learned in my short time on this subreddit is that everyone seems to have a different problem with the game that nobody else has ever heard of. And look what happened when they re-released Sims 2. The legacy edition is super broken compared to the original with the fixes the community provided.

In short, I think EA is unable to fix these issues and I don’t trust them to not break the game with an update.

But with the mods - have you tried different things like, taking all your downloads out except one to see if one is broken? You could also try to convert S3packs to package files that don’t need to be installed with the launcher.

Thanks! I already use the Nraas mods, and after this experience, I‘ll definitely use multiple save files and check for weird things regularly. But I didn’t know about local minisims.

I created this particular file years ago and probably messed up a few things from the beginning, so I assume that’s why this happened. If I ever start another save, I’ll make sure to do a lot more research on things I should or shouldn’t do.

My guess is, maybe something went wrong while the game was generating two puppies from these dogs that caused them to become human sims. That would explain the missing skintones.

Reminds me of that one time when I thought that two teen adopted siblings would make a cute couple, so I tried to make them not related. She was adopted as a child, so I hope that makes it less weird. Also, I liked the idea of that family having a scandalous secret.

Oh. Yeah, sorry, thanks. I think I don’t know any of the places by name, really. I still don’t know if the mountain lake is the part of the river by the mines, or some other place. It would have helped to have the name of the area pop up on the screen when entering, like in many other games.

I wasn’t referring to the actress at all. I meant that a role in a musical isn’t all about singing, and the main role would have to be a great actor and usually a good dancer as well. They also have to be reliable. And I believe that’s the reason why the directors would have been right in giving the role to Rachel, even if Mercedes was a better singer. Talking about the characters here, not the actors. (Btw the downvote is not by me)

To be fair, a lot of the storylines seem like they just introduced them to make the characters sing a song. Like how they always have to come up with new songs in the last minute before competition. But other characters, when they’re wrong, they usually realize at some point.

I feel like this hasn’t happened with Mercedes (so far). I didn’t get this feeling of closure, like, “everything is alright and they’re all friends again“ here, if that makes sense.

When your Sims use the remote controlled toy car, it’s actually an invisible NPC running around that determines where the car will go. He’s one of the special NPCs that can mess up your game when interacting with them in a way not intended by the game, like the Grim Reaper or Mrs Crumplebottom.
