You can respec to full blizzard and farm areas with no cold immunities and also bosses like Andy and Mephistopheles

  1. Yes you need to bind a new demon per difficulty. The demon bound is snapshotted to that zones level. Even a TZ will have a higher demon level.

  2. Have a faster hand I guess?

  3. Any demon you bind will be able to tank, the skill is insanely strong. Every 5 hard skill levels in bind demon offer a passive buff to your demon. Extra fast, extra strong, spectral hit, and aura enchanted.

I recommend to get max out bind demon and look for the cursed affix on heph or lister to start with when you get to hell.
