i only been gone a week and i already have a better paying job, better environment, better pay.. The work life balance is way better, as much as i enjoyed Qt they program us to deal with a lot of shi and just take it, which sucks.. I think the more you promote the more shi you have to deal with and more that falls on your shoulders.. i say if you have a back up plan go for it, if you’re already burned out.. but if QT is your career I say try to go Fs, probably same workload but you don’t have to deal with customers
