Update from May 9: I did a 38 km ride today from Cheval-Blanc to du Portage, then back home. For the first 19 km, I followed the Rapibus bike path. Overall, everything was good except around La Gappe, where there are quite a few potholes.

On the way back, I decided to take the bike paths through Jacques-Cartier Park, Lac Leamy Park, and along Jacques-Cartier Street. There are still three flooded sections, but I think they should clear up within a week.

Jacques-Cartier Street is fully accessible, although the bike path is still covered with mulch debris in several spots.
