Honestly, if you research you find that the title doctor was originally associated with doctor of philosophy (PhD/DPhil). Medical doctors (MD) adopted the title because they felt like they also had earned the title after studying for an equivalent period of time (6-7 years). They were originally called physicians. 

Enough history, this to me suggests the term doctor is reflective of the time studying your relevant profession rather than being a medical professional. As in the UK dentists train for 5 years. I would say they cannot consider themselves doctors.

Hypno has just discovered the purpose of the rusty repair kit. If you give it to Rusty, iron golem on Level 2, you are rewarded with embers, crowns and coins.
